Cream of Chicken Soup Recipe with step by step pictures. Thick and creamy chicken soup which is so flavourful and taste amazing with a slice of toasted bread.
Start by making stock, i took 300 grams of cubed chicken with bone in a pressure cooker. I added 3 cups of water to it. Pressure cook it for 3 whistle, simmer it for 10 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam escape by itself. Open the cooker, drain the stock and let the chicken cool. Now pull the meat from it and set aside.
Melt butter in a sauce pan, add in onions and green chillies. Saute for 2 mins till it turns light brown.
Now add in flour and mix well. Fry this for a min or till the raw smell leaves from it.
Now add in stock and mix well.
Add in milk and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper. mix well.
Add in cooked chicken and mix well.
Serve.
