Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Full Fat Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Take potatoes in a sauce pan, cover with water. Add a generous pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. once it boils, simmer the flame and cook till potatoes are tender.
  • Now strain them, take it in the same pan. Mash it with a potato masher. Set aside.
  • Now in another sauce pan, take milk, cream, butter and warm it slightly. Now pour this in the potatoes little by little and fold gently. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and fold gently. Serve warm.
