Ingredients

Egg yolk - 2
Sugar - ⅓ cup
Cream - 1 cup
240 ml
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tblsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
Heat cream till it comes to a simmering point.
Take egg yolk in a bowl, add in sugar and vanilla and whip till creamy and light.
Add in hot cream little by little and mix well.
Strain this and pour it into individual ramekins.
Now place this in a baking tray. Pour hot water half way through the ramekins.
Bake this for 35 to 40 mins. Remove and put it in fridge overnight or for 2 hours.
Next day sprinkle some sugar on top of the custard.
Pop this under broiler and broil on high temparature for 5 to 7 mins. Keep a close eye on the pot.
Once it is brown and caramelized.
Remove and serve warm or cold.
