Ingredients

Leftover Kara Kozhukattai - 12 to 15
▢
Oil - 1 tblsp
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
▢
Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
▢
Cumin Seeds - 1.5 tsp
▢
Black Pepper - 1.5 tsp
Instructions
▢
Dry Roast cumin and pepper till toasted. Powder coarsely. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard, urad dal and asafoetida.
▢
Add in cubed kozhukattai and cook till crispy.
▢
Add salt to taste.
▢
Add roasted pepper and cumin powder and mix well.
▢
Serve hot.
