Crispy Kozhukattai Recipe - Using Leftover Kozhukattai
Ingredients
- Leftover Kara Kozhukattai - 12 to 15
- Oil - 1 tblsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
- Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
- Cumin Seeds - 1.5 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1.5 tsp
Instructions
- Dry Roast cumin and pepper till toasted. Powder coarsely. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Crackle mustard, urad dal and asafoetida.
- Add in cubed kozhukattai and cook till crispy.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add roasted pepper and cumin powder and mix well.
- Serve hot.
