10 Puri 1 medium size boiled, peeled and cubed finely Potato 1 cup Thick Unsour Curd / Yogurt Salt to taste ½ teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Chat Masala Powder Chat Green Chutney as needed Chat Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed Crispy Sev as needed
Take curd, salt, sugar and chat masala in a bowl. Mix well.
Arrange puri in a plate, crack the top, spoon some potatoes in to it.
Spoon some curd and top with both chutneys.
Sprinkle some sev over it.
Enjoy immediately.
