Ripe Banana - 2

Egg - 1
▢
Yogurt - ¼ cup
▢
Milk - ¼ cup
▢
Honey or Maple Syrup - ¼ cup
▢
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
▢
Wheat Flour - ½ cup
▢
Cocoa Powder - ¼ cup
▢
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
▢
Salt a pinch
▢
Dark Chocolate Chips - ½ cup
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
▢
Line cupcake tray with cupcake cases.
▢
Take bananas in a bowl and mash well.
▢
Add in egg, honey, vanilla, milk and yogurt and mix well.
▢
Add wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix gently.
▢
Spoon this into the muffin mould and bake for 30 mins.
▢
Remove and cool it down.
▢
Serve warm.
