Double Chocolate Banana Muffins Recipe with step wise pictures.

Delicious and healthy double chocolate banana muffins made using wheat flour and no oil or butter is needed. Perfect for breakfast with a cup of milk.

I am calling this double chocolate banana muffins, you can name it as dark chocolate banana muffins too. This recipe is from tasty

I love baking muffins more than anything else. Not only because it is easy to make, but it makes a great thing to have as morning breakfast. I am not a big morning person, but i like to enjoy a warm muffin in the morning along with a cup of tea, coffee or in my case a cup of green tea.

I have shared so many types of muffins on my blog so far. I have many quite a few muffins over the past few weeks too, will be sharing all those soon.This muffins has bananas and chocolate chips added into them. These ingredients makes the muffins so soft in the interior and it has a little crispy exterior.

Double Chocolate Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ripe Banana - 2
  • Egg - 1
  • Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Honey or Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
  • Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Dark Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup

MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
    • Line cupcake tray with cupcake cases.
    • Take bananas in a bowl and mash well.
    • Add in egg, honey, vanilla, milk and yogurt and mix well.
    • Add wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix gently.
    • Spoon this into the muffin mould and bake for 30 mins.
    • Remove and cool it down.
    • Serve warm.

    2)Take bananas in a bowl.

    3)Mash roughly

    4)Add egg

    5)Add honey or maple syrup.

    6)Add in yogurt

    7)Add in milk.

    8)Add in vanilla

    9)Mix well

    10)Add in wheat flour

    11)Add in cocoa powder

    12)Add in baking soda

    13)Add a pinch of salt

    14)Fold gently

    15)Add in dark chocolate chips

    16)fold gently

    17)Fill it right to the top.

    18)Top with more chocolate chips

    18)Bake till done

    19)Enjoy

    20)So moist and yummy.
