I love baking muffins more than anything else. Not only because it is easy to make, but it makes a great thing to have as morning breakfast. I am not a big morning person, but i like to enjoy a warm muffin in the morning along with a cup of tea, coffee or in my case a cup of green tea.

I have shared so many types of muffins on my blog so far. I have many quite a few muffins over the past few weeks too, will be sharing all those soon.This muffins has bananas and chocolate chips added into them. These ingredients makes the muffins so soft in the interior and it has a little crispy exterior.

- Ripe Banana - 2
- Egg - 1
- Yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Honey or Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Dark Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Line cupcake tray with cupcake cases.
- Take bananas in a bowl and mash well.
- Add in egg, honey, vanilla, milk and yogurt and mix well.
- Add wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Mix gently.
- Spoon this into the muffin mould and bake for 30 mins.
- Remove and cool it down.
- Serve warm.
