Ingredients
  

  • 1 ⅔ cup All Purpose Flour / Maida 200 grams
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • cup Cocoa Powder 35 grams
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar 135 grams
  • cup Honey 80 ml
  • ½ cup Oil 120 ml
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • 1 ½ cup Zucchini grated
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and grease them well with oil. Set aside.
  • Take eggs, brown sugar, honey, vanilla, oil in a bowl and whisk till mixed.
  • Take flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Now add the dry ingredients into the wet mix and fold gently.
  • Add in grated zucchini and chocolate chips and fold gently.
  • Spoon this in the baking pan and bake for 60 to 65 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done, if it comes out clean then it is done.
  • If you see the cake colouring too fast in cover, place a foil on top of the cake and continue baking,
  • Remove the cake from oven and cool completely.
  • Now remove from pan and slice into pieces
  • Serve.
