Ingredients

Prawns - 500 grams
Salt to taste
Pepper - ½ tsp
Cornflour - 3 tblsp
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 6 tblsp
Egg - 1
Oil for deep frying
FOR SAUCE:
Oil - 2 tblsp
Cashews - 4 tblsp
Garlic - 20 chopped
Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
Capsicum - 1 sliced thinly
Green Chillies - 4 chopped
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tblsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tblsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tblsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Water - ¼ cup
Spring onion a handful chopped finely
Instructions
Mix prawns with all ingredients given and set aside.
Heat oil for deep frying, drop prawns in and fry till golden. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add cashews and saute till crisp. Add in onions, chillies and capsicum and stir for a min.
Add in salt, sugar, and add sauces and mix well.
Add in Prawns and mix well.
Add in cornflour which is mixed with little water and mix well.
Add spring onions and mix well.
Serve.
