(Maida) 180 grams

Sugar
150 grams

Baking powder

Milk

Oil or Melted Butter
160 ml

teaspoon
Mango Extract
▢

Dried mango
chopped
(MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML)
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
▢
Take flour, baking powder, in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Add in dried mango pieces and mix well.
▢
In a jug, take egg, milk, sugar and oil and mix well.
▢
Pour this wet mixture into the flour.
▢
Fold gently. Don't over mix.
▢
Scoop this into the moulds. Bake for 18 to 20 mins.
▢
Remove and cool it.
▢
Serve warm.
