Ingredients

Fish - 500 grams cut into chunks
Drumstick / Murungaikai - 2 cut into pieces
Tamarind - a small gooseberry size
Green Chillies - 3 slit
Curry leaves a handful
Salt to taste
Coconut Oil - 2 tblspn
For Masala:
Fresh Coconut - 1 cup grated
Shallots / Sambar Onion - 6
Fish Curry Masala - 3 to 4 tblspn
Instructions
Take tamarind in a bowl and cover with little water. Soak it for 10 mins. Squeeze it and strain it. Set aside.
Take grinding ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth. Set aside.
Take drumstick, water, curry leaves, salt, green chillies, ground masala and mix well. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 10 mins till the veg is done.
Now add in fish and cook covered on a low flame till the fish is done.
Heat oil in a small pan, add in curry leaves and pour this over the curry.
Serve over rice.
