Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cut into pieces Carrot
  • 2 tbsp. Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • Curry leaves a sprig
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add in mustard, urad dal and curry leaves.
  • Add in carrots and salt. Cook covered for 10 mins till carrots are done.
  • Now open the lid and saute the carrots till it gets little crispy.
  • Add in chilli powder and mix well.
  • Serve.
