Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 chopped finely Spring Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 small chopped finely Tomato
  • Oil to grease moulds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190 degree C.
  • Take all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Grease muffin mould or silicon moulds lightly with oil. Spoon the mix in it and pop it in oven and bake for 15mins.
  • Remove it and cool for 5 mins.
  • Now remove and serve.
