6 to 8 Bread Slices Green Chutney as needed Tomato Ketchup as needed Butter or Oil as needed Cheese Slice or Grated Cheese as needed For Omelet: 4 Egg 1 medium size Onion chopped finely 3 tablespoon Capsicum chopped finely 1 small Tomato chopped finely 1 Green chilli chopped finely Salt to taste Pepper to taste Oil for making omelet
Mix all the ingredients for omelet in a bowl except oil.
Spread some oil in a pan, pour egg mix over it and cook till cooked, flip over and cook till done.
Remove it to a plate and make 2 or 3 more omelet as needed.
Now take your bread slice. Spread with green chutney on both side, place a omelet in the center and cover with another bread.
You can spread one side with green chutney and other side with tomato ketchup and place some cheese on top of the omelet and cover with another bread.
Grill both of them till golden.
Serve.
