Eggless Coconut Cookies
Healthy low fat cookies made using wheat flour, coconut. It has no butter and uses oil this cookies is good for you.

- Desiccated Coconut - ½ cup
- Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
- Brown sugar - ½ cup 100 grams
- Wheat Flour / Atta - ¾ cup 90 grams
- Milk - 1 tblspn
- Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Take oil, brown sugar in a bowl and whisk well.
Add in desiccated coconut and mix well.
Add in flour and baking soda and mix well.
Add in milk and make it into a dough.
Divide it into small balls, Flatten it and place some coconut on top.
Pop it in oven and bake for 15 to 18 mins.
Remove and set aside to cool.
