Whole Wheat Coconut Cookies Recipe
I would call this healthy or low fat cookies. Since it has no butter and uses oil instead of butter. The flour used in this is wheat flour which is much healthier than all purpose flour. So if you have a sweet craving, you can make this in less than 30 mins and it is much healthier than store bought ones.

How to Make Coconut Cookies (Eggless & Whole Wheat)
- Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a baking pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
- Take oil, brown sugar in a bowl and whisk well.
- desiccated coconut is added and mixed well.
- Add in flour and baking soda and mix well.
- Add in milk and make it into a dough.
- Divide it into small balls, Flatten it and place some coconut on top.
- Pop it in oven and bake for 15 to 18 mins.
- Remove and set aside to cool.
- Serve.

- Desiccated Coconut - ½ cup
- Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
- Brown sugar - ½ cup 100 grams
- Wheat Flour / Atta - ¾ cup 90 grams
- Milk - 1 tblspn
- Baking Soda - ½ tsp
