Ingredients
  

  • Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
  • Corn flour / Corn Starch - 1 tblspn
  • Baking Powder - ½ tsp
  • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ½ tsp
  • Orange Zest - 1 tblspn
  • Oil - ¼ cup
  • Fresh Orange Juice - 1 cup
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Orange Buttercream Frosting as needed
  • Sprinkles as needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line muffin tray with cupcake wrappers. Set aside.
  • In a sifter, take flour, baking soda, baking powder and cornflour. Sieve well.
  • Take oil, sugar, orange zest, orange juice in a bowl and mix well till sugar is melted.
  • Add in the sifted flour and mix well.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the tray. Bake for 20 to 25 mins or insert a toothpick, if it comes clean then the cake is done.
  • Remove it and cool it completely.
  • Now decorate it with frosting.
  • Top with sprinkles. Serve.
