- 500 ml Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Strawberry
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoon Corn Starch
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Chop up strawberries and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoon sugar and set aside for 10 mins. Now take it in a blender and make into a rough puree.
Heat milk in a kadai, Add vanilla and remaining sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
Now Dissolve cornstarch with ½ cup of milk and set aside.
Heat remaining milk in a sauce pan. pour cornflour mix over the boiling milk stirring till it gets little thick. Cook for around 5 more mins more.
Now pour this into another bowl and allow it to cool down.
Add crushed strawberries and mix well. Add some lemon juice and mix well.
Pour it back into a freezer container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Now Transfer it into a blender and blend it till it gets smooth.
Pour it back into the container and cover with a lid put it back in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
Take it out in a blender and make into a puree again. Transfer back into a freezer container and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Scoop and serve with fresh strawberries.
