Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Strawberry
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Chop up strawberries and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoon sugar and set aside for 10 mins. Now take it in a blender and make into a rough puree.
  • Heat milk in a kadai, Add vanilla and remaining sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
  • Now Dissolve cornstarch with ½ cup of milk and set aside.
  • Heat remaining milk in a sauce pan. pour cornflour mix over the boiling milk stirring till it gets little thick. Cook for around 5 more mins more.
  • Now pour this into another bowl and allow it to cool down.
  • Add crushed strawberries and mix well. Add some lemon juice and mix well.
  • Pour it back into a freezer container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  • Now Transfer it into a blender and blend it till it gets smooth.
  • Pour it back into the container and cover with a lid put it back in the freezer for about 2-3 hours.
  • Take it out in a blender and make into a puree again. Transfer back into a freezer container and freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop and serve with fresh strawberries.
