1.5 cup Wheat Flour / Atta 1.5 tablespoon Milk Powder 1 teaspoon Dry Yeast 1 teaspoon Honey or Sugar Salt to taste 1 tablespoon Oil I used olive oil Water as needed
Take warm water, yeast and honey in a jug, mix well and set aside for 5 min so the yeast is all bubbly and activated.
Take flour, milk powder, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well.
Pour the yeast water and knead it to a soft dough.
Roll the dough using a rolling pin into thick circle.
Cut into small rounds using a cutter..
Place each cut out dough in a plate and let it rise for 1 hour till it is doubled in size.
Place each of them in a dry pan and cook for 7 to 8 mins on one side, flip over and cook for 5 more mins.
Now remove them and serve warm
