Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Chicken
  • ¼ cup Sesame Oil
  • 20 no Shallots peeled & chopped
  • 10 cloves Garlic peeled & chopped
  • 10 no Dry red chillies
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 large Onion peeled & crushed
  • a handful Curry leaves
  • 2 no Green Chillies slit
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Coconut chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add dry chillies, curry leaves, garlic and shallots. Saute for a min. Add in crushed onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  • Add in chicken and toss well with the masala. Cover and cook on low heat until chicken is cooked.
  • Add in coconut, more curry leaves and toss on low to medium heat till the chicken is fried. Serve.
