200gramsFishAny Fish, Cut into long strips without any bones
½teaspoonRed Chilli powder
2teaspoonLemon Juice
Salt to taste
Oil for Deep frying
For Cornstarch batter
¼cupCorn starch
½teaspoonRed Chilli powder
4tablespoonWater or as needed
Salt to taste
For Breadcrumbs Coating
1cupBreadcrumbs
1teaspoonRed Chilli powder
½teaspoonSalt
Instructions
Take fish pieces and cut them like fingers. Now add salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Marinate it for 10 mins.
Now take breadcrumbs in another bowl, add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of chilli powder and mix well. Set aside.
Now take corn starch, a pinch of salt and ½ teaspoon of chilli powder in a bowl and add water to it. make it into batter. Set aside.
Now time to breadcrumb the fish. Take marinated fish and dip them in cornflour mix and coat them well in breadcrumb mix. Once it is all coated. set aside.
Now heat oil for frying and fry all the fish fingers till golden on both sides. It will take around 7 to 8 mins.
