Take yeast and sugar in a bowl, add warm water and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins so it gets bubbly.
Take flour, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add olive oil and mix well.
Add the yeast mix and water and knead to a soft dough.
Apply oil on top.
Now cover it and let it rise for 1 hour till it is doubled in size.
Now grease a baking pan with olive oil.
Take the dough and place it on baking pan, spread evenly on the baking pan. Now let it rise for 30 to 45 mins.
During last 10 mins rising, Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Now take butter, garlic, basil, oregano and melt it gently.
Now take the focaccia and press using your fingers to create small dimples.
Spoon the butter in the holes. Pop this in oven and bake for 15 mins.
Remove it and let it cool for 5 mins.
Cut into squares and serve.
