Ingredients
  

  • For Custard:
  • 2 tablespoon Custard Powder i used store bought vanilla flavor
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • For Fruits:
  • 1 cup Apples peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup Guava chopped
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 cup Mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • ¼ cup Nuts i used cashews, walnut and pista
  • ¼ cup Dates chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Sultanas / Kishmish
  • 3 tablespoon Tutti Fruity
  • 2 tablespoon Cherries chopped
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the custard, because it has to cool down.
  • Take Custard powder in a bowl and add some of the milk. Mix well so no lumps are formed. Set aside.
  • Now take the remaining milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to boil, add in the custard mix and keep cooking till it gets thick.
  • Take it off the heat and add in vanilla. Mix well. Pour this into a bowl. Chill this in fridge till cold.
  • Now take all the ingredients given for fruits in a bowl and mix well. Set aside till sugar is melted.
  • When serving, take small bowl, spoon fruit filling over it and top with custard.
  • Serve cold.
