- For Custard:
- 2 tablespoon Custard Powder i used store bought vanilla flavor
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 4 tablespoon Sugar
- For Fruits:
- 1 cup Apples peeled and chopped
- ½ cup Guava chopped
- 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 cup Mangoes peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Grapes
- ¼ cup Nuts i used cashews, walnut and pista
- ¼ cup Dates chopped
- 3 tablespoon Sultanas / Kishmish
- 3 tablespoon Tutti Fruity
- 2 tablespoon Cherries chopped
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
Start by making the custard, because it has to cool down.
Take Custard powder in a bowl and add some of the milk. Mix well so no lumps are formed. Set aside.
Now take the remaining milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to boil, add in the custard mix and keep cooking till it gets thick.
Take it off the heat and add in vanilla. Mix well. Pour this into a bowl. Chill this in fridge till cold.
Now take all the ingredients given for fruits in a bowl and mix well. Set aside till sugar is melted.
When serving, take small bowl, spoon fruit filling over it and top with custard.
Serve cold.
