    Easy Fruit Custard Recipe with step by step pictures. This is an amazing summer dessert which makes as a healthy dessert.

     

    Easy Fruit Custard

    Fruit custard is one of my favourite desert. It is not only tasty but so healthy as well for kids on this summer days..Since you can hide lots of fruits, dates, dry fruits and nuts in them. All these fruits topped with a delicious custard and had cold is simply wow.

    Ingredients for Easy Fruit Custard

    For Custard:

    • Custard Powder - 2 tablespoon ( i used store bought vanilla flavor)
    • Milk - 2 cup
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    • Sugar - 4 tbsp

    For Fruits:

    • Apples - 1 cup peeled and chopped
    • Guava - ½ cup chopped
    • Pomegranate Seeds - 1 cup
    • Mangoes - 1 cup peeled and chopped
    • Grapes - 1 cup
    • Nuts - ¼ cup (i used cashews, walnut and pista)
    • Dates - ¼ cup chopped
    • Sultanas / Kishmish - 3 tbsp
    • Tutti Fruity - 3 tbsp
    • Cherries - 2 tablespoon chopped
    • Powdered Sugar - ¼ cup
     

    Fruit custard is a great dish to serve for parties since it involves less efforts but taste really good. Try to add a good amount of nuts and dry fruits in them, they gives the crunchy and chewy texture..

    How to Make Easy Fruit Custard

    1. Start by making the custard, because it has to cool down.
    2. Take Custard powder in a bowl and add some of the milk. Mix well so no lumps are formed. Set aside.
    3. Now take the remaining milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it to boil, add in the custard mix and keep cooking till it gets thick.
    4. Take it off the heat and add in vanilla. Mix well. Pour this into a bowl. Chill this in fridge till cold.
    5. Now take all the ingredients given for fruits in a bowl and mix well. Set aside till sugar is melted.
    6. When serving, take small bowl, spoon fruit filling over it and top with custard.
    7. Serve cold.

    Ingredients
      

    • For Custard:
    • 2 tablespoon Custard Powder i used store bought vanilla flavor
    • 2 cups Milk
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
    • 4 tablespoon Sugar
    • For Fruits:
    • 1 cup Apples peeled and chopped
    • ½ cup Guava chopped
    • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
    • 1 cup Mangoes peeled and chopped
    • 1 cup Grapes
    • ¼ cup Nuts i used cashews, walnut and pista
    • ¼ cup Dates chopped
    • 3 tablespoon Sultanas / Kishmish
    • 3 tablespoon Tutti Fruity
    • 2 tablespoon Cherries chopped

    Easy Fruit Custard Recipe Step by Step

    First start by making the custard..
    Take custard powder in a bowl
    Add in little milk
    Mix well and set aside
    Take sugar in a sauce pan
    add in milk
    bring it to a boil
    once it boils
    add in the custard mix
    keep mixing
    it will get thick quite fast
    add in vanilla essence

     

    mix well
    Chill this in fridge till cold
     
     
    Now lets prepare the veggies
    chop some apples
    cut a guava in half
    chop them into small pieces
    cut open a pomegranate
    use a wooden spoon or a heavy spoon to bash the top of the pomegranate
    look seeds removed easily
    you see few white skin fall from it too
    remove those out
    beautiful pomegranate seeds
    soak grapes in salted water for 10 mins, this removes the chemicals from it..
    Drain off and set aside
    take a mango
    peel off the skin
    chop into small pieces
    Take your ingredients
     
     
    take dates in a bowl
     
     
     tutti fruity and cherries
     
     
    add in nuts
     
     
    add in sultanas
     
     
    some grapes and pomegranate
     
     
    add in apples and guava
     
     
    mangoes
     
     
    add in powdered sugar
     
     
    mix well
     
     
    set aside till sugar is melted
     
     
    take a serving bowl
     
     
    fill with fruits
     
     
    pour over some custard
     
     
    fill it up baby
     
     
    serve cold

      @Anonymousadd more heated milk and mix well. it you see lumps being formed. then run it in blender once
