The fruits are tossed in the orange jaggery syrup which adds a gentle sweetness and tangy flavour to the salad. This is a quick and easy fruit salad packed with a lot of nutrients. Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Pineapple
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe
  • 1 large Red Apple chopped
  • 1 large Green Apple chopped
  • 1 medium Guava chopped

For Syrup

  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Jaggery or Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the syrup, by mixing all the ingredients in a sauce pan and heat it till it is thick and syrupy. Take it in a bowl and chill it in fridge.
  • Prepare and chop all fruits and take it in a bowl. Pour the cooled syrup over it and toss well.
  • Serve.
