Ingredients

  • 1 large Apple chopped
  • 1 large Ripe Mango peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups Pineapple peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe | Muskmelon peeled and cubed

For Salad Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger peeled and grated

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
  • Take chopped fruits in a bowl, pour over dressing and toss well. Serve cold.
