Garlic Bread also known as garlic toast is a popular Italian recipe which is usually accompanied with pasta recipes. Preheat oven to 250 degree C. Set the oven to grill mode.
Peel garlic and grate using a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients together with the butter and garlic except bread. This is your garlic butter. Now take your bread slices and spread this butter generously over it.
Arrange this in a foil lined baking tray and grill it on the top rack, nearest to the heating element for 3 to 4 minutes. keep an eye on the bread it may burn easily. You may rotate the tray half time of the cooking to ensure even grilling. Remove the bread from oven and let it cool for a min. Remove to cutting board and cut into triangles. Serve with pasta.
