The main thing you have to remember when making garlic bread is to get the bread crunchy, I like my bread soft and crunchy at the same time. I want the crust crunchy and the inside to be soft. I served this with my spaghetti and meatballs and it was delicious..
I have few more ways of making garlic bread, will share all of them soon..I made this garlic bread in oven, you can easily make them on stove top, by placing the garlic buttered side down on a non stick tawa and cook it on very low heat till it is browned and cooked.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 5 mins
Makes : 8 to 10 slices of bread

Ingredients:
Soft Unsalted Butter – 10 tblspn
Garlic – 8 to 10 fat cloves
Coriander Leaves – 3 to 4 tblspn finely chopped
Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bread Slices – 8 to 10 ( Use any bread, I used white)

Method:
Preheat oven to 250 degree C. Set the oven to grill mode.
Peel garlic and grate using a fine grater.
Mix all the ingredients together with the butter and garlic except bread. This is your garlic butter.
Now take your bread slices and spread this butter generously over it.
Arrange this in a foil lined baking tray and grill it on the top rack, nearest to the heating element for 4 to 5 mins. keep a eye on the bread it may burn easily. You may rotate the tray half time of the cooking to ensure even grilling.
Remove the bread from oven and let it cool for a min.
Remove to cutting board and cut into triangles.

Serve with pasta.
