Ingredients
  

  • cup Whole Wheat Flour 180 grams
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour 120 grams
  • ½ cup Warm Milk 180 ml
  • ½ cup Water 120 ml
  • 10 cloves Garlic crushed in a blender
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Yeast
  • 4 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Take milk, sugar, yeast in a bowl and let it activate for 5 mins.
  • Take wheat flour, maida, garlic, red chilli flakes, italian seasoning, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Make a well in the center, pour the yeast mix, water and knead it to a soft dough. Add in oil and knead well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Now transfer the dough into a well floured surface and dust some more flour on top and knead it to a soft dough. Knead for 10 mins to a soft smooth dough.
  • Now roll the dough into a rectangle and roll it tightly like a log, seam the edges. Put the seam side down log in a oiled loaf pan and cover it and let it rise for 30 mins to 1 hour.
  • In the last 10 mins of rising preheat oven to 180 degree C,
  • Bake for 35 to 45 mins
  • Now let it cool in pan for 15 mins. Remove it and let it cool for 2 to 4 hours. Slice and serve.
