Ingredients

Green Beans - 250 grams cut into long pieces
Butter - 3 tblspn
Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
All Purpose flour / Maida - 1 tblspn
Milk - 1 cup
Cream Cheese - ½ cup
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
Butter - 3 tblspn cut into cubes
Cheese - ¼ cup grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Heat water in a saucepan, add salt and bring it to a boil. Add green beans in and boil it for 2 mins. Now drain and set aside.
Heat butter in a pan, add onions and saute for a min. Add in flour and mix well. Add in milk and cream cheese and stir to mix.
Season with salt, sugar, pepper and mix well.
Now add in beans and toss well.
Spoon this into the baking pan, sprinkle top with breadcrumbs, and top with butter and cheese.
Bake this for 25 to 30 mins.
Serve hot.
