Ingredients
  

  • 15 large Prawns cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon for greasing grill pan Oil

For Grinding (Marination)

  • 6 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled
  • 2 no Spring Onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients except prawns and oil in a blender, make it into a fine puree. Now pour this over prawns and mix well. Marinate it for 15 mins or overnight.
  • Take a skewer, and skewer the prawns in it leaving little space between each one.
  • Heat a grill pan till smoking and brush some oil over it. Place the prawns in grill and cook for 3 mins on each side. Remove it and serve.
