    Grilled Prawns Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Prawns marinated in spices and grilled till cooked and delicious.

    This is one amazing recipe you can try your hands one..So easy but taste so fresh and yummy. Plus there is only little oil involved in it. I grilled it in my favourite grill pan, but you can simply use normal tawa too.

    Ingredients for Grilled Prawns Recipe

    • Prawns - 15 medium size ones
    • Garlic - 4 cloves peeled
    • Ginger - 1 inch piece peeled
    • Spring Onion - 2 chopped (white & green part )
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Vinegar / Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
    • Coriander Leaves - a small handful
    • Oil - 1 tbsp for greasing grill pan

    How to make Grilled Prawns Recipe

    1. Take all the ingredients except prawns and oil in a blender, make it into a fine puree.
    2. Now pour this over prawns and mix well. Marinate it for 15 mins
    3. Take a skewer, and skewer the prawns in it leaving little space between each one.
    4. Heat a grill pan till smoking and brush some oil over it.
    5. Place the prawns in grill and cook for 3 mins on each side.
    6. Remove it and serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • 15 Prawns
    • 4 cloves Garlic peeled

    add in chilli powder

    and some soy sauce
