Grilled Prawns Recipe / Spicy Masala Grilled Prawns Recipe

This is one amazing recipe you can try your hands one..So easy but taste so fresh and yummy. Plus there is only little oil involved in it. I grilled it in my favourite grill pan, but you can simply use normal tawa too..

Prawn Fried Rice

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 6 to 10 mins
Serves :  1 to 2


Ingredients:

Prawns – 15 medium size ones
Garlic – 4 cloves peeled
Ginger – 1 inch piece peeled

Spring Onion – 2 chopped (white & green part )
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Vinegar / Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – a small handful
Oil – 1 tblspn for greasing grill pan


Method:

Take all the ingredients except prawns and oil in a blender, make it into a fine puree.

Now pour this over prawns and mix well. Marinate it for 15 mins.

Take a skewer, and skewer the prawns in it leaving little space between each one.

Heat a grill pan till smoking and brush some oil over it.

Place the prawns in grill and cook for 3 mins on each side.

Remove it and serve.

Take coriander leaves in a blender
Add in ginger and garlic
add in chilli powder
and some soy sauce
add in sugar and salt
spring onion, both white and green
add in lemon juice
time to blend
Make it into a smooth puree
take prawns in a bowl
pour the marinate over
mix well..Leave it to marinate for 15 mins
Take your skewers
skewer the prawns
skewer carefully one by one, leaving space between each one
all done
Heat a grill pan with some oil
place prawns over it
spoon remaining marinate over the prawns
cook for few mins
flip over and cook
serve

    @Navya Prakashu can cook it 220 degree c for 6 to 7 mins
