Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled and cut into pieces Ginger
  • ½ cup peeled Garlic
  • ½ cup Green Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 6 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Take a blender and add in ginger, garlic, green chilli, turmeric, oil and lemon juice in.
  • Blend it to a smooth puree.
  • Store in a air tight container in freeze

Notes

1)Store this masala in a air tight container. 
2)If kept in fridge, this can be stored for 4 to 5 days. If kept in freezer, this can be stored for upto 3 to 4 months.
3)You can even freeze these in a icecube trays
