Gur Papdi Recipe - How to Make Jaggery Barfi (Burfi)

Super easy barfi / burfi made with wheat flour and jaggery. These can be made in less than 15 mins. So good and so easy.

- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Ghee - ¼ cup
- Jaggery / Gur - ½ cup + 3 tblsp
- Nuts as needed
Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and roast till golden and raw smell leaves. It will take around 10 mins
Remove it off the heat and add in jaggery and mix well. Once the jaggery melts, spoon it in a greased pan.
Top with nuts.
Slice into bars.
Serve.
