    Gur Papdi Recipe - How to Make Jaggery Barfi (Burfi) with step wise pictures.

     Gur Papdi - Jaggery Burfi. Super easy barfi / burfi made with wheat flour and jaggery. These can be made in less than 15 mins. So good and so easy.

    This is one of the super easy burfi recipe which you can make with wheat flour, ghee and jaggery. Super easy to make and taste so yummy.

    Ingredients

    • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
    • Ghee - ¼ cup
    • Jaggery / Gur - ½ cup + 3 tblsp
    • Nuts as needed

    Instructions

    • Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and roast till golden and raw smell leaves. It will take around 10 mins
    • Remove it off the heat and add in jaggery and mix well. Once the jaggery melts, spoon it in a greased pan.
    • Top with nuts.
    • Slice into bars.
    • Serve.

    Pictorial:

    1)Heat ghee in a nonstick pan

    2)Cook till ghee melts

    3) Add in wheat flour

    4)Saute that till it is combined

    5)Saute and fry it for a min.

    6)Now the flour is nicely roasted

    7)It will take around 7 to 8 mins

    8)Now it is done

    9)Take it off the heat

    10)Add in grated or powdered jaggery

    11)Mix well

    13)Spoon into the pan and flatten it

    16)Top with nuts, cool it down and slice it

    17)Serve
