Chicken burger made the healthy way. Lean chicken meat is used and cooked in very less oil and served with whole wheat buns.

- Burger Buns - 4
- Lettuce
- Tomato Ketchup as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Onion as needed sliced thinly
- Tomato - 1 sliced thinly
- Oil or Butter for frying
- For Burger:
- Minced Chicken - 500 grams
- Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
- Garlic - 2 chopped finely
- Dried Basil - 1 tsp
- Dried Oregano - 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Take all ingredients given for burger. Mix well. Divide it into equal portion and flatten it.
Heat oil for frying, place patty and cook till done on both sides.
Take burger bun, toast till golden on both sides.
Take bun, spread ketchup, mayo, lettuce, burger patty, onions and tomatoes.
Serve.
