- Take all ingredients given for burger. Mix well. Divide it into equal portion and flatten it.
- Heat oil for frying, place patty and cook till done on both sides.
- Take burger bun, toast till golden on both sides.

Ingredients
- Burger Buns - 4
- Lettuce
- Tomato Ketchup as needed
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Onion as needed sliced thinly
- Tomato - 1 sliced thinly
- Oil or Butter for frying
- For Burger:
- Minced Chicken - 500 grams
- Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
- Garlic - 2 chopped finely
- Dried Basil - 1 tsp
- Dried Oregano - 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
