    Healthy chicken burger made with lean chicken breast meat patties, crunchy vegetables served over whole wheat buns.

    Healthy Chicken Burger Recipe

    Chicken Burger made the healthy way. It is filled with lean protein and healthy vegetables served over whole wheat rolls makes it more nutritious.

    This is a quick dish which you can make for lunch or dinner. It is so easy to make and i love it so much. It is a filling burger meal as well.

    How to Make Healthiest Chicken Burger Recipe

    Minced Chicken, Onion , Garlic , Dried Basil, Dried Oregano, Mayonnaise, Paprika, Salt and pepper to taste
    • Take all ingredients given for burger. Mix well. Divide it into equal portion and flatten it.
    • Heat oil for frying, place patty and cook till done on both sides. 
    • Take burger bun, toast till golden on both sides.
    • Take bun, spread ketchup, mayo, lettuce, burger patty, onions and tomatoes. 
    • Serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • Burger Buns - 4
    • Lettuce
    • Tomato Ketchup as needed
    • Mayonnaise as needed
    • Onion as needed sliced thinly
    • Tomato - 1 sliced thinly
    • Oil or Butter for frying
    • For Burger:
    • Minced Chicken - 500 grams
    • Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
    • Garlic - 2 chopped finely
    • Dried Basil - 1 tsp
    • Dried Oregano - 1 tsp
    • Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
    • Paprika - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Black Pepper to taste

    Instructions

    Healthy Chicken Burger Step by Step Pictures

    take chicken mince

     

    add onion

     

    add garlic

     

    dried basil

     

    oregano
     
     
    mayonnaise

     

    add salt and pepper

     

    paprika

     

    mix well

     

    divide it into equal portions

     

    place it on tawa

     

    take burger bun

     

    split it

     

    apply some oil on buns or toast it in a dry pan

     

    toast till golden

     

    now it is done

     

    take ingredients for assembly

     

    spread ketchup on top of bun

     

    place lettuce

     

    chicken patty

     

    place some onions

     

    tomatoes

     

    spread mayo on top
     
     
    Spread mayo on other side too
     
     
    done

      simply and easy sandwich.Can you pls let me know that we can freeze the patties and use them when needed? If so, do we need them before frying or after frying?? Pls answer this question as this helps me lot.
