Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu
  • ¼ cup Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
  • 2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Asafeotida / Hing / Kaya Podi
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger Powder / Dry Chukku Podi optional
  • ½ teaspoon Dry Garlic Powder (optional
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients in a sifter and sieve well.
  • Store it in a air tight container in fridge and use as needed.

How to use:
Take few spoons of this powder in a bowl and add little water to make a little thick paste. Dip veggies in this batter and fry till golden. Drain onto some paper towel and serve.
