Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Measure 1 cup flour in a bowl or sifter. Use a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon to Remove 2 tblspn of the flour from the measured one cup of flour. Now replace that with 2 tblspn of cornstarch.
  • Mix well using a spatula or whisk or sieve it through a sieve.
  • This recipe makes 1 cup of cake flour. Use as needed.
