Measure 1 cup flour in a bowl or sifter. Use a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon to Remove 2 tblspn of the flour from the measured one cup of flour. Now replace that with 2 tblspn of cornstarch.
Mix well using a spatula or whisk or sieve it through a sieve.
