Homemade Chocolate Cake Mix Recipe - Edible Christmas Gift Ideas
An amazing fail proof chocolate cake mix recipe which never goes wrong. This cake mix can be made both with eggs and eggless. This recipe is a keeper.
Ingredients
FOR CAKE MIX:
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup + ⅛ cup 105 grams
- Cocoa powder - ⅓ cup 35 grams
- Milk Powder - ¼ cup 30 grams
- Sugar - ¾ cup + ⅛ cup 175 grams
- Baking Powder - ¾ tsp
- Baking Soda - ½ tsp
- Salt - ¼ tsp
- Instant Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
FOR MAKING CAKE WITH EGGS:
- Eggs - 2 small
- Milk - ½ cup + ⅛ cup
- Melted Butter or Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
FOR EGGLESS CAKE:
- Yogurt / Curd - ½ cup 120 ml
- Milk - ½ cup 120 ml
- Melted Butter or Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ML
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients given for cake mix together and store in a air tight container.
- When making cake, Mix the cake mix with the ingredients listed and pour it in the prepared pan and bake in a 180 degree C preheated oven for 30 to 35 mins.
Notes
1)The mixture can be stored for more than a month in pantry shelf.
2)For storing longer, store it in freezer.
