Homemade Icing Sugar | How to Make Confectioners Sugar at Home
Homemade Icing Sugar is made using regular sugar and cornflour. This is used for frostings and dessert making.

- Granulated Sugar - 1 cup
- Corn Flour / Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
Take both of them in a blender and blend for 3 to 4 mins till it is powdered really really finely.
Now take them in a fine sieve and sift well.
Store it in an air tight container.
