Healthy and nutritious horse gram dosa. Fiber rich dosa made using kollu and rice are soaked and ground to form a batter. The batter is used to create thin crepes called as kollu dosa.

Horsegram / Kollu - 1 cup Rice - 2 cup Whole White Urad dal - ½ cup Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam / Methi Seeds - 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil as needed
Wash and soak horsegram, rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds overnight. Drain them.
Take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour it into a container and add salt. Mix well and leave to ferment for 5 to 6 hours.
Now make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
