Ingredients
  

  • Left Over Idli - 6
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - a pinch
  • Onion - 1 medium size chopped very finely
  • Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
  • Curry leaves a sprig
  • Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves as needed chopped

Instructions
 

  • Use your hands to crumble idli into small bits. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard seeds, urad dal and asafoetida. Let them crackle.
  • Now add in onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for couple of mins.
  • Add salt and turmeric and mix well.
  • Add in crumbled idli and mix well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve.
