FOR PATTY:
▢
OIl - 1 tblsp
▢
Fennel seeds / Sombu / Saunf - 1 tsp
▢
Onion - 1 large chopped finely
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
▢
Carrot - 1 chopped finely
▢
Green Beans - 6 chopped finely
▢
Peas - ½ cup frozen
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Potatoes - 3 large boiled
▢
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tblsp
▢
Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
▢
Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
▢
Breadcrumbs for coating
▢
Oil for frying
FOR BURGER:
▢
Burger Buns as needed
▢
Onions sliced
▢
Mayonnaise as needed
▢
Tomato Ketchup as needed
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds and saute them well.
▢
Add in onions and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
▢
Add in carrots, beans, peas and mix well.
▢
Add spice powders and salt.
▢
Add ketchup and boiled potatoes, Mash well.
▢
Add breadcrumbs and coriander leaves and mix well.
▢
Take a portion and shape it into ball. Flatten it.
▢
Coat with all purpose flour batter and in breadcrumbs.
▢
Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
▢
Fry in oil.
▢
Remove when golden.
▢
Toast buns and apply ketchup and mayo. Place lettuce leaves and top with cutlet. Now top with onions and serve.
