Instant Mango Pickle Recipe with step by step pictures. Spicy raw mango pickle made with raw mangoes, spices and yogurt.
Ingredients
- Raw Mango – 1 chopped finely
- Curd / Yogurt– 1 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tblspn or to taste
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku -1 tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Oil- 1 tblspn
Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard and curry leaves and let it splatter.
- Now add in mango and sauté for a min. Add salt, sugar and chilli powder and mixwell.
- Now remove this for a bowl. Add curd and mix well..
- Serve with curd rice.
