Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin and fenugreek seeds in that. Add dry red chilli and mix well.
▢
Add garlic and onions and mix well. Saute for 2 mins. Add turmeric, chilli and amchoor powder and mix well.
▢
Add pumpkin in this and mix well Saute for 2 mins.
▢
Add salt and sugar and mix well. Pour some water and mix well.
▢
Cover and cook for 10- 15 mins or untill the pumpkin is cooked.
▢
Serve hot with roti or rice.
