- ½ cup Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu
- ½ cup Khoya / Mawa
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
- ¼ cup Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 2 tablespoon Cashews chopped
- 2 tablespoon Kishmish / Sultanas
Heat ¼ cup of ghee, add in cashews and fry till golden, add in kishmish and mix well. Drain it and set aside.
Now in the remaining ghee add in besan and fry till golden and toasty.
Add in khoya and mix well. fry for few more mins.
Now add in powdered sugar and mix well.
Add in cardamom powder and nuts and mix well.
Allow this to cool down, take small portion and shape it into ladoo.
