Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu
  • ½ cup Khoya / Mawa
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cashews chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Kishmish / Sultanas

Instructions
 

  • Heat ¼ cup of ghee, add in cashews and fry till golden, add in kishmish and mix well. Drain it and set aside.
  • Now in the remaining ghee add in besan and fry till golden and toasty.
  • Add in khoya and mix well. fry for few more mins.
  • Now add in powdered sugar and mix well.
  • Add in cardamom powder and nuts and mix well.
  • Allow this to cool down, take small portion and shape it into ladoo.
  • Serve
