    Khoya Besan Ladoo recipe with step by step pictures. This ladoo is made with besan and khoya and it can be made easily with less efforts.

    Khoya Besan Ladoo

    This is one ladoo which i made recently and loved it to the core..It is made with besan and khoya and taste so yummy. It can be made in few minutes and it taste so delicious..I am sure this will be a great addition to your diwali sweet list.

    The gram flour smells so heavenly when toasted, and the addition of khoya makes it taste so wonderful.

    Ingredients for Khoya Besan Ladoo

    • Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu - ½ cup
    • Khoya / Mawa - ½ cup
    • Powdered Sugar - ¼ cup
    • Ghee - ¼ cup
    • Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
    • Cashews - 2 tbsp chopped
    • Kishmish / Sultanas - 2 tbsp

    How to Make Khoya Besan Ladoo

    1. Heat ¼ cup of ghee, add in cashews and fry till golden, add in kishmish and mix well. Drain it and set aside.
    2. Now in the remaining ghee add in besan and fry till golden and toasty.
    3. Add in khoya and mix well. fry for few more mins.
    4. Now add in powdered sugar and mix well.
    5. Add in cardamom powder and nuts and mix well.
    6. Allow this to cool down, take small portion and shape it into ladoo.
    7. Serve

    fry till golden
