Ingredients
  

  • Tindora / Kovakkai - 500 grams cut into rounds
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 to 4 tblspn
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Take tindora, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder in a bowl and mix well. Leave to marinate for 30 mins.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and curry leaves and let them sizzle.
  • Add in tindora and toss well.
  • Keep cooking on medium high heat till it gets golden brown. Keep mixing.
  • Serve with rice.
